Survival demands balancing raw speed against combat tactics and trick execution, where one mistimed landing sends a rider tumbling down the mountain in a hilarious ragdoll wreck.

Building turbo via aerial stunts
Massive wooden ramps and natural cliff launches offer prime opportunities to execute mid-air flips and spins. Successfully sticking a landing instantly fills the nitro meter, providing explosive acceleration out of tight corners and straightaways. However, over-rotating during a trick causes brutal ragdoll wipeouts that cost precious seconds, allowing rival bikers to zoom past.
Throwing punches and kicks on tight corners
Speed alone won't secure gold medals. When rival riders pull alongside a bike, throwing physical punches and kicks knocks them off their handlebars directly into trees or boulders. Timing melee attacks right before sharp turns clears out crowded pack racing, giving a clean line to apex sharp corners without taking incoming hits.
